ABOUT

Connecting through self-developmentNavigating the path to optimum wellness through exploration and balance.

Kelly's work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds more than just physical tension by fusing the synergies of modern lifestyle through conscious living and somatic healing—reflecting stress patterns, compensation and lived experience.

Her treatment approach transcends traditional massage therapy practice; combining clinical skill with somatic awareness and nervous system regulation, she works to uncover and address the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction—not just treat the symptoms. Each session is intentionally tailored, blending therapeutic technique, movement and guided relaxation to create meaningful, lasting change in the body.

This is not a generic or purely relaxation-based approach. Kelly’s work is designed for those looking for deeper, more effective care—whether recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or working through long-held tension patterns.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Kelly’s foundation in healthcare is extensive—and hard-earned.

She graduated with honours in 2014 from St. Clair College in Medical Laboratory Science and spent over seven years working as an MLT across multiple disciplines including hematology, histopathology, long-term and palliative care, immunology and outpatient services. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of pathology, disease progression and the clinical realities of patient care.

In 2020, she made the deliberate decision to step away from Laboratory Medicine to pursue a more direct, hands-on role in patient treatment. She completed her studies in Massage & Hydrotherapy at the Canadian College of Health Science & Technology, graduating at the top of her class in 2023.

Her education includes advanced study in anatomy, physiology, neurology, kinesiology, and rehabilitation-based care, allowing her to approach treatment with both precision and depth.

During this time, she also obtained her Reiki Level II Practitioner certification and is an active member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada, expanding her understanding of the body beyond purely physical frameworks and into nervous system and energetic regulation.

Following graduation, Kelly practiced in Banff, Alberta, where she further developed her skills in myofascial release/assisted stretching, cold contrast hydrotherapy, sinus acupressure, hot stone massage and indie head/facial massage technique—working with a diverse and often highly active client population.

She became a Registered Massage Therapist under the CMTO in October 2023 upon moving to Ontario and has continued to practice as an RMT in the Windsor/Essex County community.

APPROACH TO TREATMENT

Kelly’s concentration is in deep tissue and integrated therapeutic massage, with a focus on chronic pain, injury recovery, and nervous system rehabilitation. Her work is both medically clinical and intuitive—grounded in anatomical knowledge while responsive to what the body presents in real time.

Treatments may include:

  • Deep tissue and myofascial release

  • Neuro-muscular and trigger point therapy

  • Movement-based therapy and assisted stretching

  • Mediated breathwork and guided-down neurological regulation

  • Aromatherapy and sensory-based technique

She commonly works with clients experiencing chronic stress, long-standing injuries, post-surgical recovery, and complex musculoskeletal or neurological conditions. Rather than relying on passive treatment alone, Kelly incorporates movement, strengthening, calisthenics and body awareness strategies into her sessions—helping clients build resilience, improve function, and maintain results outside the treatment room.

CLINICAL MODALITIES & SPECIALIZED TECHNIQUES

Kelly offers a diverse range of treatment modalities, allowing each session to be tailored with precision-based care on the client’s needs and goals.

Her training and experience include:

  • Deep Tissue

  • Myofascial Release

  • Trigger Point Therapy

  • Assisted Stretching, Proprioception & Movement

  • Hot Stone Therapy

  • Cold Stone & Contrast Hydrotherapy

  • Indie Head Massage

  • Facial & Sinus Acupressure Technique

  • Aromatherapy Integration

  • Guided Relaxation & Breathwork

  • Reiki Healing

Her time practicing in Banff, Alberta allowed her to expand into both therapeutic and restorative modalities, working with a wide range of clients—from highly active individuals to those seeking deeper nervous system regulation and recovery-based care.

This range of techniques allows Kelly to move fluidly between clinical treatment and more restorative, regulation-focused work, depending on what the body requires.

PHILOSOPHY

Kelly’s approach is built on the belief that effective care requires more than isolated treatment of symptoms. With a background that bridges medical sciences, energetic wisdom and a vast understanding of diverse hands-on therapies, she views the body as an interconnected system—where physical tension, neurological patterns and emotional stress are often deeply linked.

Her aspiration is to bring a sense of knowledge and attentive-based care in her practice—not only to reduce stress and pain, but to guide clients to better understand their anatomy, restore balance and create sustainable long-term change as a means to mentor restoration in the body.

Her work is grounded, intentional, and results-driven—focused on delivering care that is both deeply therapeutic and genuinely impactful bringing prosperity to others through informative consciousness in both medical health and holistic wellness through compassion, connecting, understanding and healing.
